2026 Move United Education Conference
This exhibitor opportunity is open to organizations and companies offering resources or equipment that support adaptive sports. The Move United Education Conference is one of the nation’s largest gatherings for adaptive sport providers, connecting with instructors, therapists, educators, medical professionals, athletes, volunteers, and more. Space is limited—see details below and contact Cayla Hammaker at chammaker@moveunitedsport.org with questions. Note that this application is separate from registration.
Exhibitor Fee: $950 (Non-Profit Discount – $750)
Move United Education Conference Exhibitors will receive:
- (1) 6 ft. display table Tuesday 4/21/2026 – Thursday 4/23/2026. If your set-up requires additional space, please note you will be able asked to pay for the additional “table” space onsite. Event check in is 4/20/2026.
- 2 hours of event exhibitor-exclusive time between 4/21/2026 – 4/23/2026
- Company listed on event app and on event website
- Opportunity to promote attendance at event.
- Opportunity to include item in event goody bag
- 1 complimentary event registration
- 50% discount on additional exhibitor staff registrations
Exhibitor requirements:
- Meet the following insurance requirements:
- Name Move United, 451 Hungerford Drive Suite 608, Rockville MD 20850 as an additional insured for the duration of the event (4/21/2026-4/23/2026) and provide a certificate of insurance as evidence of the required coverage by March 20th, 2026. Having insurance will help protect your company should a claim arise for something that occurs while participants are using your equipment. Please keep a copy of your company’s proof of insurance certificate available for the duration of the event.
- Provide Move United with proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence limit including: Coverage for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal and Advertising Injury, Products-Completed Operations and not less than $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit.
- Exhibitors failing to provide the required proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance by March 20th, 2026 will not be able to demonstrate their equipment during the 2026 Move United Education Conference.
Exhibitor Schedule:
- Location: Cape Cod Irish Village at The Emerald Resort & Conference Center (35 Scudder Ave Hyannis, MA 02601)
- The exact timing of the exhibitor hours is still being flushed out. Exhibitor set-up will be the afternoon of Monday, April 20th as well as the morning of Tuesday, April 21st. There will be exhibitor hall hours each day Tuesday, April 21st – Thursday, April 23rd with at least 2 exhibitor-exclusive hours.

- Limited spaces – First come, first served for approved exhibitors
Interested in including an item in the attendee goody-bag, but not yet ready to commit to an Exhibitor Table? Contact chammaker@moveunitedsport.org. This option will be available to for-profit organizations for a fee of $100 and non-profit organizations for a fee of $50.

This annual gala has raised funds to support 16,000 wounded warfighters and family members who have participated in more than 70 adaptive sports across the U.S.A. More than 50 wounded warfighters and family members will participate in our gala this year, including sharing their stories on stage.
